Yes, we accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, as long as the hair remains sealed and in its original condition. Please contact us prior to returning any items.
No, due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns once the hair has been opened, unsealed, or used in any way.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order within 24 hours of delivery. If you notice any damage or faults, please contact us immediately. If eligible, we will provide an exchange or store credit.
